On March 15th, ZWZ finished the heaviest spherical roller bearing in China and will be equipped with the largest cement roller press in Asia.
Before the Spring Festival, ZWZ received orders from customers to produce 4 sets of supporting bearings for large cement roller presses in mid-March. After the resumption of work and production, the Company has overcome various unfavorable factors brought about by the epidemic and went all out to rush to produce products. The bearing is required to have the characteristics of large load, wear resistance, strong vibration, long life, high reliability, etc. Due to the large bearing, the wall thickness and width of the ring have reached the processing limit of the manufacturing equipment, and the Company’s engineering and technical personnel have overcome many technological difficulties. It only took more than one month from the entry of raw materials into the factory to the production of products. After testing, all technical indicators have met customer needs.
In recent years, ZWZ has focused on the research and development of cement machinery bearings, and has now achieved a full range of cement roller presses, ball mills and blowers.
