The five-coupled paired angular contact ball bearings developed and designed by the National Large Bearing Engineering Technology Research Center of ZWZ for well-known Japanese companies are used in the lead screw spindles of electric-hydraulic injection molding machines. They were successfully produced at the end of April. Installed and used by customers, it fully meets the needs of high-speed, high-precision, and high-load applications, replacing internationally well-known brand bearings, and reaching the international level of similar products. Recently, the customer has sent four specifications of electric-hydraulic injection molding machine supporting bearings to ZWZ for research and development, in order to realize the complete set of complete machines.
During the development process, the engineering center creatively adopted new design concepts and developed a complete set of design methods to ensure the reliability of the product under high-speed and heavy-load conditions.
China is the largest consumer market for injection molding machines in the Asia-Pacific region. This series of bearings has begun to be promoted to well-known domestic electric injection molding machine companies. The market application prospects are broad and will surely promote the rapid and healthy development of our country's injection molding machine industry.
